Atlantis is a base situated below the coastal islands of the Pacific.

Atlantis is located somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Not much is known about it but what is known is that the city had been submerged and they have created a large glass so everyone in Atlantis can breathe.

Headquarters[]
As for every base, they have their own headquarters, and in this case, the headquarters are in Poseidon's temple, and they're underwater. There's about 10 rebreather masks upon entrance, which means he/she can stay underwater as long as they want (assuming the rebreather masks doesn't broke).
